**Telephone-based Cognitive Screening (TBCS)** is a way to check how well the brain is working by using a phone call. This study is important because it helps doctors understand how well TBCS works for people with long-term brain disorders like Alzheimer's. These tests are helpful because they can be done from anywhere, breaking location barriers and making it easier for people to get tested.

In this study, they will test different TBCS in Italy over 3 years. People with certain brain conditions and healthy individuals will be included. The tests will include the Telephone Interview for Cognitive Status (TICS) and others. Patients will have follow-ups by phone at 6, 12, and 18 months.

  • The study lasts for 3 years with several phone check-ins.
  • It is for people with specific brain conditions or healthy people over 18.
  • Participants must consent and have had a recent in-person brain test.

By joining, participants contribute to improving how brain health is checked remotely, making it more available to everyone.
