Phase N/A

Chinese PD-LRRK2 Registry is a study in mainland China. It aims to create a database of patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) who have specific changes in their LRRK2 gene. PD is a brain disorder affecting movement, and changes in the LRRK2 gene can increase the risk of developing it. The study will collect blood samples to check for these gene changes and use various tests and scales to understand patients' symptoms better. These tests include checking movement, sleep patterns, mood, and other PD-related issues. They will also study blood substances like uric acid, which may be linked to PD.

  • Participants must have PD with LRRK2 gene changes.
  • Involves neurological and other health-related tests.
  • Contributes to understanding PD in the Chinese population.
