Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a rare condition that affects the nervous system, causing movement and balance problems. This study is testing a new medicine called TEV-56286 to see if it is safe and helps with MSA symptoms.
The study is planned to last for about 100 weeks, which is nearly two years. Participants will need to have finished a previous related study and follow all study rules. It's important for women and their partners to use effective birth control during the study to prevent pregnancy.
Some people cannot join, like women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people in jail. If you take certain other medicines, you may not be able to join. For more details, you can contact the study team.
