This study explores the use of patterned repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (prTMS) to help with bradykinesia in Parkinson's Disease (PD). Bradykinesia is when movements are slow and small, making it hard to start or keep moving. It’s a major problem for people with PD. Traditional medicines like dopamine can help, but don't fix all problems and might cause unwanted movements called dyskinesia. Some people try deep brain stimulation (DBS)quadri-pulse stimulation (QPS), which might work better when timed right before moving. If you're interested in joining, you must be over 18, have stable PD, and not be using certain medicines. The study will test different timings of QPS to see which helps most, using special scales to measure improvement.
