Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) is a treatment for Parkinson's Disease (PD) that can help with movement problems. However, it can also cause speech issues, known as dysarthria, which is when speech muscles are weak or hard to control. This study aims to help improve speech problems caused by DBS using special computer programs to analyze speech. The study is in three parts:
- **Duration**: The study involves multiple visits over 12 weeks.
- **Participation**: It requires people who have had DBS for at least 3 months.
- **Evaluation**: Speech will be analyzed in different states, both with and without medication, and with different DBS settings.
**Who can join?** People with Parkinson's who have speech issues due to DBS, and can understand and speak Swiss-German or German. **Who cannot join?** Those with speech problems from other conditions, or who are pregnant, or have severe depression.
