This study uses a tool called **Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)**, which helps us understand **pathways** in the brain and spine that control muscles in people with Parkinson's disease (PD). **Corticocortical** and **corticofugal** pathways are routes that connect the brain with the spinal cord and muscles. The main goal is to see how these pathways might relate to balance problems and walking difficulties in PD. This research won't predict how the disease will progress.
- This study involves basic research and will not provide treatment or predict disease progression.
- Participants must be aged 21-80 years and able to walk independently.
- Excludes individuals with certain medical conditions, such as seizures, and those on blood-thinning medications.
