This study checks how well the Paragit Sleeve, a special device, works for people with Parkinson's disease (PD). Parkinson's disease is a brain disorder that causes shaking, stiffness, and difficulty with walking, balance, and coordination. The study will see if the device accurately measures these symptoms and if it is safe and comfortable for patients to wear.
Eligibility: If you are 50 years or older and have Parkinson's disease diagnosed by a doctor, you might qualify. You need to experience at least two symptoms like rigidity (stiffness), tremor (shaking), bradykinesia (slowness of movement), or dyskinesia (involuntary movements caused by treatment). You must be able to read, understand, and sign the consent form.
Not Eligible If: You have allergies to materials like stainless steel, silicone, and polyester, have a low score on a mental test called MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination), or have other neurological diseases.
- This study will evaluate the device's accuracy and safety.
- Participants must have a clinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
- Excludes those with specific allergies or other neurological issues.
