This study looks at the stress experienced by those caring for someone with Parkinson's disease (a condition affecting movement and other functions). It involves 43 caregivers who help patients with Parkinson's, which is a disease that causes shaking, stiffness, and difficulty with walking and balance. Caregivers will answer questions about their health, sleep, and feelings of anxiety or sadness. Tools like the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) will be used to check these feelings. Caregiver stress will be measured using the Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale, which helps understand how hard caregiving is.
