This study is testing a combination of two drugs, *febuxostat* and *inosine*, for people with Parkinson's disease (a brain disorder that affects movement). The goal is to see if it's safe to take these drugs together. There will be 24 participants, all taking their assigned dose twice a day for 12 weeks. They need to visit the clinic at the start and at weeks 4, 8, and 12 for blood tests, check-ups, and to answer questions. They will also keep a diary about any side effects or changes in their daily activities.
**Eligibility**: Adults aged 18-80, who have been diagnosed with early-stage Parkinson's and are on stable medication, can join. They must not have certain other health conditions or be taking specific medications.
**Risks and Benefits**: Some side effects might occur like a mild stomach upset or headache. Although direct benefits to participants are not guaranteed, this research helps improve future treatments for Parkinson's.
- Study Length: 12 weeks.
- Participants must visit the clinic 4 times.
