Anti-Mesothelin TNaive/SCM hYP218 (TNhYP218) CAR T Cells in Participants With Mesothelin-Expressing Solid Tumors Including Mesothelioma

Study of Investigational T Cells for Mesothelioma and Mesothelin-Expressing Tumors

Recruiting
18-120 years
All
Phase 1

This study investigates mesothelioma and other tumors that express mesothelin.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and potential effectiveness of investigational CAR T cells targeting mesothelin in patients with specific types of solid tumors.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with mesothelioma or other solid tumors expressing mesothelin may qualify. Participants must have tumors that have returned or spread after standard treatment.
  • Study details: Participants will receive an investigational treatment involving their own T cells, which are modified to target tumor cells. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
