This study investigates the use of an investigational medication, tislelizumab, for patients with molecular residual disease (MRD) in certain types of cancer.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of tislelizumab on patients who have completed surgery and other treatments but still have MRD. It looks at how well this investigational medication works in managing cancer at an early stage.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older who have completed surgery and peri-operative treatments for specific types of cancer may be eligible. Participants must not have had prior immunotherapy and should have a valid ctDNA test result.
- Study details: Participants will receive an investigational medication after surgery and other treatments. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
