Phase N/A

This study investigates laparoscopic and robot-assisted left-sided pancreatectomy for benign and pre-malignant lesions in the pancreas. The purpose of this study is to compare these two surgical methods to understand their effectiveness.

The study evaluates the safety and outcomes of laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgeries. It focuses on how these surgical methods affect recovery and any potential complications.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older who need an elective left-sided pancreatectomy for benign or pre-malignant pancreatic disease. Participants must be medically fit and able to undergo surgery as determined by healthcare professionals.
  • Study details: Participants will undergo either laparoscopic or robot-assisted surgery to remove pancreatic lesions. The study will compare the outcomes of these two surgical methods.
