Chemotherapy Selection in Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Recruiting
18-75 years
All
Phase N/A

This study investigates the use of transcriptomic signatures to select chemotherapy treatments for advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to determine which chemotherapy regimen might be more effective based on specific genetic information from patients.

The study evaluates the effectiveness of using genetic markers to guide treatment decisions, focusing on the safety and impact of different chemotherapy options. By analyzing genetic data, researchers hope to improve treatment outcomes for patients.

  • Who can participate: Participants must be 18 years or older with advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma and have a good performance status. Adequate organ function and a life expectancy of at least 3 months are required.
  • Study details: Participants will undergo genetic testing to determine the best chemotherapy option. Depending on the results, they will receive either FOLFIRINOX or Gem-nabP.
