Phase 3

The purpose of this study is to investigate borderline and locally advanced pancreatic cancer. This study will compare two different durations of chemotherapy given before surgery to see which one is better for patients.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of different chemotherapy durations in improving survival rates for patients. It will look at how well the chemotherapy works in reducing tumor size and increasing the possibility of surgical removal.

  • Who can participate: Adults with borderline or locally advanced pancreatic cancer can participate. Participants must be fit for chemotherapy and surgery, and provide written consent.
  • Study details: Participants will receive chemotherapy before surgery to see which duration is more effective.
