This study investigates the use of bethanechol, an investigational medication, in combination with chemotherapy drugs gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel.

The study evaluates the safety and tolerability of bethanechol when used with chemotherapy. It also examines how bethanechol might affect tumor growth and certain biomarkers related to nerve stimulation.

  • Who can participate: Adults with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma planning to undergo neoadjuvant chemotherapy can participate. Participants must have adequate diagnostic tissue for analysis and be able to take oral medications.
