Clinical Study of CEA-targeted CAR-T Therapy for CEA-positive Advanced/Metastatic Malignant Solid Tumors

Trial of CAR-T Therapy for CEA-positive Advanced Solid Tumors

Recruiting
18 years and older
All
Phase 1

This study investigates the use of CAR-T therapy in patients with CEA-positive advanced or metastatic solid tumors.

The focus of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the investigational therapy. Researchers will observe how the body responds to the treatment and determine the appropriate dose for future studies.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with advanced or metastatic tumors, such as colorectal, esophageal, gastric, or pancreatic cancer, may participate. Participants must have CEA-positive tumors and have experienced failure with at least second-line standard treatments.
  • Study details: Participants will receive CAR-T therapy, which involves modifying their own immune cells to target cancer cells.
