Phase 2

This study investigates metastatic foregut adenocarcinoma. It compares the effects of standard care therapy with and without additional treatments.

The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of adding specific interventions to standard care for patients with this condition.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 to 80 with certain types of metastatic foregut adenocarcinoma can participate. Key factors include having a resectable primary tumor and limited metastatic disease.
  • Study details: Participants will receive standard care therapy, with some also undergoing additional treatments. A placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine, may be used in the study.
