This study investigates locally advanced or metastatic, relapsed or refractory carcinomas. The purpose is to understand how the investigational medication affects this condition.
The study evaluates the safety and activity of the investigational medication in participants. It looks at how well people tolerate the treatment and any effects it may have.
- Who can participate: Adults with certain types of advanced carcinomas, who have tried at least two prior treatments without success, may be eligible. Participants should have a life expectancy of at least 3 months and meet specific health criteria.
