This study investigates advanced solid tumors with known Ly6E expression, including non-small cell lung cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, epithelial ovarian carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and gastric cancer.
The study evaluates the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary clinical activity of an investigational medication in participants.
- Who can participate: Adults 18 years and older with advanced solid tumors that have high Ly6E expression and are not treatable with standard therapies may qualify. Participants must have a good performance status and normal organ function.
