This study investigates metastatic or unresectable pancreatic cancer. It focuses on understanding how safe and effective a special treatment involving fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) is for this condition.
The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of using a bispecific antibody to activate certain blood cells. These activated cells are then infused back into the patient to see if they can target and fight cancer cells.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with specific types of pancreatic cancer can participate. Prior chemotherapy and certain health criteria are required.
- Study details: Participants will receive doses of an investigational medication by infusion.
