Autologous CAR-T Cells Targeting B7-H3 in PDAC

Investigational Treatment for Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Using Investigational Therapy

Recruiting
18 years and older
All
Phase 1

This study investigates the use of autologous CAR-T cells targeting the B7-H3 antigen in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to explore the potential of this investigational treatment in patients whose cancer has returned after standard therapy.

The study focuses on evaluating the safety and tolerability of these modified CAR-T cells. Researchers will observe how the body responds to the treatment, which combines antibodies and T cells to target cancer cells.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and a performance status of 0-1 may be eligible. Participants must agree to use contraception during and after the study as specified and provide informed consent.
  • Study details: Participants will receive modified CAR-T cells, which are an investigational treatment, to assess safety and tolerability. A placebo, an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine, is not used in this study.
