This study investigates pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. It is focused on understanding the effects of a treatment that combines PTM-101 with chemotherapy for patients who have not received prior treatment and whose cancer is at a stage that may allow for surgery.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of PTM-101 when used with chemotherapy. The study will help determine the best dose of PTM-101 to use in future studies.

• Who can participate: Adults with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma that is borderline resectable or locally advanced can join. Participants must not have had any prior treatment for this condition and need to meet certain health criteria.
• Study details: Participants will receive PTM-101 along with chemotherapy. The study will assess the safety and effectiveness of this combination. An inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine, known as a placebo, is not used in this study.
