All
Phase 1/2

This study investigates advanced pancreatic cancer. The purpose of this study is to explore the best dose combination of an investigational medication with oxaliplatin and bevacizumab, and to evaluate its safety and effectiveness as a second-line treatment.

The study will compare two treatment regimens to see how well they work and how safe they are. It will look at the effects of combining an investigational medication with oxaliplatin and bevacizumab versus combining it with another treatment.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 to 75 years with advanced pancreatic cancer who have not responded to first-line therapy may be eligible. Participants should not have received certain prior treatments and must meet specific health criteria.
  • Study details: Participants will receive either an investigational medication with oxaliplatin and bevacizumab or with another treatment. The study involves regular check-ups. Some participants may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
