This study investigates the effectiveness of an investigational medication for treating non-resectable metastatic or locally advanced non-colorectal and non-endometrial cancers with deficient mismatch repair (dMMR) or microsatellite instability (MSI).
The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of this investigational medication compared to standard chemotherapy treatments in adult patients with specific types of advanced cancers.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with certain advanced cancers that are dMMR/MSI positive may participate. Key eligibility includes having no prior systemic treatment for metastatic disease and confirmed dMMR/MSI status.
- Study details: Participants will receive either the investigational medication or standard chemotherapy. Those on chemotherapy may switch to the investigational medication if their disease progresses.
- Study timelines: The study will last up to 24 months.
