This study investigates the use of investigational CAR-T cell therapy for advanced CEA-positive malignant tumors.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the investigational CAR-T cell therapy. Researchers will observe how the therapy affects patients with CEA-positive advanced malignancies.
- Who can participate: Adults 18 years and older with advanced malignant tumors, such as colorectal, esophageal, gastric, or pancreatic cancer, can participate. Participants should have experienced treatment failure after second-line standard therapies and have CEA-positive tumors confirmed by specific tests.
- Study details: Participants will receive CAR-T cell therapy through either intravenous infusion or intraperitoneal injection. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
