Phase 1/2

This study investigates solid tumors with HRD/FAD. The purpose of this study is to explore treatment options for these conditions using an investigational medication.

The study evaluates the safety and effects of an investigational medication when used alone or with other treatments. It assesses how the body processes this medication and its overall tolerability.

  • Who can participate: Adults 18 years and older with advanced or metastatic solid tumors may participate. Key factors include a life expectancy of at least 3 months and measurable disease on a CT scan.
  • Study details: Participants will receive the investigational medication through an IV infusion. Some may receive it alongside other treatments. An inactive substance, called a placebo, may be given to some participants for comparison.
  • Study visits: The study requires 18 visits.
