Phase N/A

This study investigates pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of the HistoSonics Edison System for the destruction of pancreatic adenocarcinoma tumors using a technique called histotripsy.

The study evaluates the safety of this investigational approach in patients with specific stages of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. It assesses how the treatment affects the tumors and monitors for any potential safety concerns.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with unresectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma (Stage 3 or Stage 4) may participate. Participants must have stable metastatic tumors and meet specific health criteria, including the ability to tolerate general anesthesia.
  • Study details: Participants will undergo treatment using the HistoSonics Edison System, which involves a non-invasive technique called histotripsy.
  • Study visits: The study requires visits at 7-day, 14-day, 30-day, 60-day, 120-day, and 180-day after the procedure.
