This study investigates the use of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) for treating metastatic cancer. Metastatic cancer can affect various parts of the body such as the digestive tract, urinary system, breast, and ovaries.
The study evaluates whether specifically selected TIL can reduce tumor size and assesses the safety of this treatment in patients with metastatic cancer.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 to 72 with certain types of metastatic cancer, such as gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, genitourinary, breast, ovarian, or endocrine tumors, may join. Participants must have cancer that is not responding to standard treatments.
- Study details: Participants will undergo surgery to remove a tumor for TIL generation. They will receive TIL therapy along with chemotherapy. An inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine/vaccine but does not contain any medicine.
