This study investigates solid tumors in patients with BRCA1/2, PALB2, or homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) mutations. The purpose of this study is to determine the tolerable dose of the investigational medication for future trials.
The study evaluates the safety and tolerability of the investigational medication. It also looks at how the medication affects quality of life and investigates changes in specific genetic markers.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with confirmed solid tumors and specific genetic mutations, such as BRCA1/2, PALB2, or HRD, may participate. Participants must have a performance status of 2 or less and meet certain health criteria.
- Study details: Participants will receive the investigational medication through an IV infusion. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medication but does not contain any medicine.
