This study investigates the treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer. It focuses on using irreversible electroporation (IRE) combined with a dual-function antibody.
The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of this treatment approach. It seeks to provide more options for patients whose previous treatments were not successful.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with locally advanced pancreatic cancer who have previously undergone but did not respond to standard AG therapy are eligible. Participants must have a certain ECOG performance status score and adequate organ function.
- Study details: Participants will receive the investigational treatment. A placebo is used in the study, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
