This study investigates pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The purpose is to explore imaging biomarkers that can predict the prognosis of this condition.
The study evaluates the use of high order three-dimensional MR elastography (3D-MRE) to measure the stiffness of pancreatic lesions. It examines how this technique may help in understanding the biological characteristics of tumors.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy can participate. Participants must have no history of other cancers and meet specific post-surgery health criteria.
- Study details: Participants will undergo 3D-MRE imaging to measure the stiffness of pancreatic lesions. The study does not involve any treatment but focuses on imaging and analysis.
