The purpose of this study is to investigate pain management approaches for patients with inoperable pancreatic cancer. This study investigates the use of EUS-guided celiac plexus neurolysis (CPN) and celiac ganglion neurolysis (CGN) for controlling pain.
This study evaluates the effectiveness of EUS-guided neurolysis techniques in managing pain for patients with pancreatic cancer. It will assess how well these approaches work in reducing pain compared to conventional methods.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with inoperable pancreatic cancer and tumor pain may participate. Participants should have a Karnofsky performance status of 60 or higher and be planned for EUS examination or biopsy.
- Study details: Participants will undergo EUS-guided neurolysis procedures to manage their pain.
