This study investigates gastrointestinal cancers that are ctDNA positive. This study is for patients who have already completed standard treatments but still have detectable ctDNA, a type of genetic material from tumors, in their blood.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of investigational medications on patients with these gastrointestinal cancers. It focuses on understanding how these treatments work for people who have completed all usual care but still show ctDNA positivity, indicating a potential risk of cancer returning.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with certain types of gastrointestinal cancers who have completed all standard treatments and have a positive ctDNA test can participate.
- Study details: Participants will receive investigational medications through an IV. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
- Study timelines: The study will last 12 months.
