This study investigates the use of software called "Lipidica 1.0" in screening for pancreatic cancer. The focus is on individuals who are at a higher risk of developing pancreatic cancer due to factors like family history or specific genetic mutations.
The study evaluates whether the software can accurately differentiate between those with pancreatic cancer and those who are at higher risk but do not have the disease. It looks at the safety and effectiveness of using lipidomic data to aid in early detection.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older at high risk for pancreatic cancer due to family history or genetic mutations can participate. Participants must provide informed consent and meet specific age criteria based on their risk factors.
- Study details: Participants will visit the study site for blood sampling and medical imaging. Some participants may need to attend an additional visit based on their initial results. A placebo will not be used in this study.
- Study visits: The study requires 2 visits.
