Biomarker-Guided Allogeneic Single-Target or Dual-Target CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Solid Tumors

Investigational CAR-NK Cell Therapy Research Study for Advanced Solid Tumors

Recruiting
8-85 years
All
Phase 1/2

This study investigates advanced solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of using CAR-NK cells derived from healthy donors.

The study evaluates the effectiveness of using CAR-NK cells in targeting specific antigens found in tumors. It looks at how well these modified cells work in treating tumors.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 to 75 years with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery may qualify. Participants must have a tumor with specific targetable antigens.
  • Study details: Participants will receive CAR-NK cells derived from donors after undergoing chemotherapy to prepare their bodies.

Why should I take part in a clinical trial?

Participating in a clinical trial provides early access to potentially effective treatments and directly contributes to the healthcare advancements that benefit us all.

How long does a clinical trial take place?

The duration of clinical trials varies. Some trials last weeks, some years, depending on the phase and intention of the trial.

Do I get compensated for taking part in clinical trials?

Compensation varies per trial. Some offer payment or reimbursement for time and travel, while others may not.

How safe are clinical trials?
