Molecular Profile-related Individualized Targeted Therapy in Resected Pancreatic Cancer With High-Risk of Cancer Recurrence

Investigational Treatment for High-Risk Pancreatic Cancer Recurrence

Recruiting
18 years and older
All
Phase N/A

This study investigates pancreatic cancer with a high risk of recurrence. It focuses on patients who have had surgery to remove their tumor and are at risk of the disease coming back.

The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of personalized treatments based on the molecular profile of the cancer. This approach helps determine the best-matched therapy for each patient.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with pancreatic cancer, except those with neuroendocrine histology, who have had their pancreatic tumor surgically removed and meet specific health criteria may participate.
  • Study details: Participants will receive therapy recommended by the Molecular Tumor Board, based on their cancer's molecular profile.

Why should I take part in a clinical trial?

Participating in a clinical trial provides early access to potentially effective treatments and directly contributes to the healthcare advancements that benefit us all.

How long does a clinical trial take place?

The duration of clinical trials varies. Some trials last weeks, some years, depending on the phase and intention of the trial.

Do I get compensated for taking part in clinical trials?

Compensation varies per trial. Some offer payment or reimbursement for time and travel, while others may not.

How safe are clinical trials?
