This study investigates pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The purpose of this study is to explore the use of artificial intelligence to improve low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) for screening.
The study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of AI-assisted LDCT in detecting pancreatic cancer. It focuses on measuring outcomes such as cancer detection rates and safety indicators.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 50 years and older who have completed an LDCT examination are eligible. Participants must not have a history of pancreatic cancer or recent abdominal inflammation.
- Study details: Participants will undergo LDCT scans analyzed by the PANDA system. A multidisciplinary team will review any abnormal findings.
