This study investigates KRAS mutated or amplified advanced solid tumors. It looks at how the investigational medication works when used alone and in combination with another treatment for colorectal cancer.
The study evaluates the safety and tolerability of the investigational medication. It also determines the best dose to use for future research.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with advanced or metastatic solid tumors can participate. They must have a KRAS mutation or amplification and have tried 1 to 4 other treatments or be unable to use other treatments.
- Study details: Participants will receive the investigational medication, either alone or with another treatment. Some participants may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
