This study investigates the use of an investigational medication in participants with various locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of this medication in conditions such as melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, and several other types of cancer.
The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of the investigational medication. Researchers will also study how the body processes the medication and its relationship with specific protein expressions in tumor tissues.
- Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have received prior treatment may participate. Key eligibility includes having measurable lesions and providing a tumor tissue sample.
- Study details: Participants will receive the investigational medication and undergo assessments to monitor its effects. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medication but does not contain any medicine.
