GPC3/Mesothelin-CAR-γδT Cells Against Cancers

Investigational Treatment for Advanced Cancers Expressing GPC3 or Mesothelin

Recruiting
18-75 years
All
Phase 1

This study investigates the use of CAR-γδT cell therapy in patients with cancer expressing GPC3 or Mesothelin. CAR-γδT cells are a type of immune cell that has been modified to recognize and attack cancer cells.

The focus is on evaluating the safety, tolerance, and preliminary effectiveness of this investigational treatment in patients with advanced solid tumors.

  • Who can participate: Adults with advanced cancer that expresses GPC3 or Mesothelin and a life expectancy greater than 12 weeks can participate. Participants must have adequate organ function and meet specific immune cell criteria.
  • Study details: Participants will receive CAR-γδT cell therapy, which involves using modified immune cells to target cancer cells. Some participants may also receive additional antibodies to enhance treatment.
