This study investigates pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to develop a panel of microRNAs (miRNAs) that can predict how patients will respond to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
The study evaluates the potential of miRNAs as biomarkers for therapy response. It focuses on assessing the effectiveness of chemotherapy treatments in patients with specific types of pancreatic cancer.
- Who can participate: Adults with confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have undergone specific chemotherapy regimens and have available pre-treatment plasma samples may be eligible. Participants must have had surgery with curative intent.
- Study details: Participants in this study will have their pre-treatment plasma samples analyzed for specific miRNAs. These miRNAs are being studied to see if they can predict how well patients respond to chemotherapy.
