This study investigates pancreatic cystic tumors. It focuses on understanding the molecular diagnostic markers associated with these tumors.
The study evaluates the use of cfDNA methylation sequencing and proteomic assays to identify markers that can distinguish between benign and malignant tumors, as well as mucinous and non-mucinous types.
- Who can participate: Participants must be 18 years or older and have a preoperative diagnosis of a pancreatic cystic tumor. They should be willing to undergo radical resection and sign an informed consent form.
- Study details: Participants will provide post-operative cyst fluid specimens for analysis. The study uses cfDNA methylation sequencing and proteomic detection to find diagnostic markers.
