Phase N/A

The purpose of this study is to investigate metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. This study focuses on patients whose tumors express the GemCore signature.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of an investigational medication. It looks into how well the treatment works for patients with this condition.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma can participate if they have not had previous treatment in a metastatic situation. Participants should be ineligible for FOLFIRINOX, eligible for gemcitabine monotherapy, and have a measurable target disease and a life expectancy of more than 2 months.
  • Study details: Participants will receive gemcitabine chemotherapy as part of their standard care. They will also consent to a genomic analysis of their tumor to check for the GemCore signature. No placebo is involved in this study.
