This study investigates localized pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study is to combine standard radiation therapy with investigational medications that encourage the body's immune system to fight cancer cells.
The study evaluates the safety and immune response of combining radiation therapy with investigational medications. It does not focus on specific study arms or procedures but generally assesses how these treatments work together.
- Who can participate: Adults 18 and older with confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have completed 8 cycles of neoadjuvant modified FOLFIRINOX are eligible. Participants must be able to undergo surgery and SBRT and have a performance status of 0 or 1.
- Study details: Participants will receive standard radiation therapy combined with investigational medications. Some may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
