Phase 1

This study investigates metastatic pancreatic cancer and metastatic breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of an investigational treatment involving patients' own stem cells and chemotherapy.

The study focuses on understanding how safe and effective the investigational treatment is. It looks at how the combination of chemotherapy and stem cells works in treating the cancer.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 or older with Stage IV pancreatic or breast cancer can participate. Eligible participants must have a life expectancy of at least 6 months and no recent chemotherapy within 2 weeks of enrollment.
  • Study details: Participants will receive chemotherapy combined with their own stem cells, involving two cycles of drugs followed by a stem cell infusion. A placebo is not used in this study.
