This study investigates pancreatic tumors. The purpose of this study is to explore a method to preserve more healthy pancreatic tissues and functions by controlling blood flow during laparoscopic enucleation.

The focus is on evaluating the effectiveness and safety of blocking the abdominal trunk and superior mesenteric artery with vascular occlusion clips during pancreatic tumor removal.

  • Who can participate: Adults with benign or borderline pancreatic tumors in the head, neck, or uncinate process of the pancreas can participate. Tumors must not have vascular invasion or distant metastasis.
