Phase 2

This study investigates metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. It looks at how effective a combination of investigational medications is for this condition.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the investigational medication combination. This includes looking at how these medications affect the body and if there are any side effects.

  • Who can participate: Adults 18 years and older with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma can participate. Participants should not have had prior treatments for this condition and must meet specific health criteria, such as a certain ECOG performance status.
  • Study details: Participants will receive investigational medications. Some may receive a placebo, an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine. Participants will undergo regular evaluations to monitor the treatment's effects and any side effects.
