This study investigates pancreatic and hepatobiliary cancer. It uses computed tomography (CT) to see how well it works in diagnosing these conditions.

- Who can participate: Adults with pancreatic or hepatobiliary cancer without distant metastasis and with good performance status can participate.
- Study details: Participants will undergo CT scans at various treatment stages, with some also receiving MRI scans. A placebo is not used in this study.
