This study investigates KRAS G12D-mutant solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of an investigational medication used alone and in combination with another investigational medication.
The study evaluates how well the investigational medication works and its safety when taken by itself and when combined with another treatment.
- Who can participate: Adults with a KRAS G12D-mutant solid tumor that is locally advanced or metastatic can participate. They should have tried standard therapy and have a good performance status. Adequate organ function is required.
- Study details: Participants will take the investigational medication by itself or with another treatment. The study will assess how the body handles the medication and its effects. An inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine may be used in the study.
