Recruiting
All
Phase N/A

This study investigates pancreatic cancer and chronic pancreatitis. It focuses on understanding the characteristics of oral flora and serum metabolome in individuals with pancreatic cancer.

The study evaluates the differences in gastrointestinal microflora and serum metabolites among pancreatic cancer patients, chronic pancreatitis patients, and healthy individuals.

  • Who can participate: Adults with diagnosed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma or chronic pancreatitis can participate. Healthy individuals without pancreatic lesions are also eligible.
  • Study details: Participants will provide throat swabs, saliva, feces, and serum samples for analysis. These samples will help identify specific characteristics of the microflora and metabolome in different participant groups.
